About Online interior design
Online interior design lets you have a room redesigned remotely by a professional, with no home visit required: you send photos and measurements, and you get back a complete plan. Often called e-design or virtual interior design, it suits people refreshing a living room, a child's bedroom or a rental studio, as well as owners preparing a home to rent or sell.
A standard package includes a layout of the room, several 3D views of the new look as JPG or PNG images, a color palette and a shopping list with links to the suggested furniture, lighting and accessories. Artists often work in SketchUp, 3ds Max with Corona, Blender or online room planners. To get started, provide photos of every wall, room and opening dimensions, the furniture you are keeping, your furnishing budget and a few images that inspire you. Some artists also add a simple lighting plan or paint suggestions for each wall.
On hi-3d, online interior design is a subcategory of interior design, usually offered as a fixed package per room. Browse the artists' services, compare portfolios, what each package includes, prices and turnaround times, and invite the one you like. You talk things through in the project conversation, receive a first concept, fine-tune it in the agreed revision rounds and get the final design board.
Before choosing, check that the shopping list is part of the package and that the artist regularly sources from retailers that ship to where you live. Tell them, too, whether you prefer to thrift, reuse what you own or start fresh. A typical case: a parent has a child's bedroom made over remotely, then orders the listed pieces directly.
