About 3D logo animation

A 3D logo animation adds depth, material and motion to your identity so it can open a video, sign off an ad or set the tone at an event. Content creators, companies, event agencies, YouTube and Twitch channels and brands going through a rebrand use it as an intro, an outro, a broadcast ident or stage visuals during a conference.

You receive a short sequence, usually a few seconds long, as an MP4 for the web or a ProRes MOV with an alpha channel for overlaying on transparent backgrounds, adapted to 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1 when needed. Synced sound design can be included. Artists model and animate the mark in Cinema 4D, Blender or 3ds Max, render in Redshift, Octane or Cycles and finish in After Effects. They need your logo as a vector file (AI, SVG or PDF), exact brand colors, mood references such as brushed metal, glass, neon or organic materials, and the length you have in mind.

On hi-3d, you browse logo animation services in our Advertising & Motion Design category, compare portfolios, rates and turnaround, and invite the artist whose style feels right. In the project conversation, you first approve a still frame of the logo in 3D, then an animated preview; revision rounds fine-tune timing, reflections and the final hold before delivery.

Pay attention to how legible the mark is on its last frame, the one that stays on screen, and ask for a shorter cut for social. A good 3D logo animation works as well full-screen as it does in a small thumbnail, and it stays true to your guidelines even when the materials get spectacular.
